Creative Direction | Activations | Programming | A/V & Content Capture | Vendor & Venue | Post-Event Storytelling
I produce experiences end to end, owning the aesthetic direction, programming, vendors, on-site execution, and the content capture that makes the night live longer than itself. From intimate founder rooms of 25 to global broadcasts of 830.
One organization, three very different rooms, all running simultaneously. Each had its own audience, format, and creative brief, which meant context-switching every week and protecting each one's distinct voice. The risk was producing three things that all felt like the same thing.
• HOUSE FIRE (collegiate ministry): designed intimate gatherings of 30 to 50 emerging adults at boutique NYC venues and private rooftops, tuning the sensory direction for vulnerability and depth. • WEEKLY MAIN GATHERINGS: produced 300+ person hybrid experiences in person and online, running multi-camera A/V on vMix and OBS, directing a cross-functional video, web, and marketing team through shot lists and capture plans built around each program. • ONE-OFF CHURCH INITIATIVES: led content and social campaigns for standalone events, building 30+ video deliverables and event-specific marketing to extend each one beyond the night itself.
Across the three formats: $80K raised, 129% lift in digital engagement, 117% growth in impressions, and a sustained 300-person hybrid attendance baseline with 11% audience growth. The same producer instinct, dialed differently for three very different rooms.
